Every movement begins with a conversation. Ours began with a walk.The idea for The Camden Pride Collective was born during a Camden Pride Walk, an annual celebration made possible through a longstanding partnership between Camden County, the City of Camden, Cooper University Health Care, and the Camden County Police Department. What started as a day to celebrate visibility, unity, and pride inspired a much larger vision. As the Pride Walk continued to grow, the founders of The Camden Pride Collective recognized an opportunity to create something lasting, an organization that would support the LGBTQIA+ community not just during Pride Month, but every day of the year.
More Than Pride Month
They envisioned a nonprofit that would bring Camden in line with the kinds of year round services and community spaces found in larger cities: educational programming, health and wellness initiatives, advocacy, volunteer opportunities, social events, leadership development, community partnerships, and other supportive resources that empower individuals and strengthen the community.From that vision, The Camden Pride Collective was created.

Who We Are.
Today, The Camden Pride Collective is led by a dedicated five member Board of Directors committed to advancing our mission and guiding the organization into the future. While we are proud of how far we've come, we recognize that this is just the beginning. As our organization continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our Board, strengthening community partnerships, and developing new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our community.
The Camden Pride Collective is dedicated to building an inclusive, affirming, and sustainable community where LGBTQIA+ individuals and other marginalized populations can connect, grow, and thrive. While Camden Pride remains one of our signature initiatives, it is only one part of a broader mission to create meaningful opportunities, foster belonging, and improve lives through education, advocacy, partnerships, health, and community-centered programming.
Meet Our Leadership
Christopher Ingram
Board President
A lifelong Camden resident, Christopher Ingram brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, customer advocacy, project management, community engagement, and relationship building. His longstanding involvement in Camden and the local LGBTQIA+ community drives his commitment to creating meaningful programs, partnerships, and opportunities for those TCPC serves. As Board President, Christopher is focused on building a more inclusive, affirming, and sustainable community where everyone can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
JonÁnthony White
Co-Founder & Vice President
A Camden native, JonÁnthony White is a creative, community organizer, artist, and nonprofit leader dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, connected, and empowered. His work spans community engagement, arts and culture, advocacy, event production, and partnership building. As Co-Founder and Vice President, JonÁnthony helps advance TCPC’s mission through inclusive programming, community resources, and opportunities that amplify local voices and bring people together.
Antoine Harris
Director At Large
Antoine Harris is a hospitality professional, community leader, mentor, and advocate with more than 22 years of experience rooted in service. His background spans culinary arts, mentorship, entrepreneurship, event production, and community leadership, including extensive work supporting youth and producing Black Pride events. At TCPC, Antoine brings strategic vision and community-engagement experience to help strengthen the organization, expand its reach, and create greater opportunities for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families.
Faliq Richardson
Treasurer
A longtime Camden resident, Faliq Richardson brings more than 25 years of corporate management experience in leadership, organization, accountability, and strategic decision-making. As Treasurer, he provides financial oversight and supports TCPC’s long-term stability and responsible growth. Faliq is passionate about advancing equality and expanding access to essential resources, bringing both his professional experience and commitment to community empowerment to TCPC’s Board of Directors.
